Sweet Maven opened in February 2012. The owner started as a pastry cook and decorator for 6 years here and abroad. Eventually coming back to continue a family business of cakes and pastries, mainly based at home for next 4 years. Having seen the need to put up a shop, she decided to create her own name and brand of customized and personalized cakes. Hence the birth of Sweet Maven Cakes and Pastries.
