Prompt Ambulance Service is the first dedicated Emergency Medical (EMS) Provider in Central Luzon living to its advocacy of “Saving Lives…Saving Souls…” It is our mission to provide the general public Access to a complete EMS System thru an affordable membership based ambulance transport service with the objective to provide competent and Certified EMS Practitioners in an Ambulance Service during emergency response, medical standby for events and corporate dedicated EMS units.

Launched in 2012, and having served various clients needing Ambulance Operations Services for events and schools. Since then our services have evolved into membership-based Emergency Medical Services and critical care transport to individuals, households, communities, hospitals and corporate as well.

Recently, to better serve the general public or the non-members, we have adopted the concept of On-Site Emergency Medical Services Coverage, this will allow us to increase the number of individuals covered while still providing the most affordable price.

Through the years we have learned to quickly adapt to the ever unique and changing needs of each type of business and industry ranging from a simple training going to a more intense one and even from an ordinary medical standby coverage into a traumatic incident or medical cases involving life-threatening situation or to fulfilling and wonderful feeling of a childbirth. Background

It was in 2012 that Prompt C.A.R.E. EMS Solutions (Ambulance) Provider was launched thereby answering the needs in providing high quality, low-cost patient care services to the general public. Having the right caliber of staff that received a nationally recognized training and certification to be able to undertake any medical assignment is critical, as is our client’s satisfaction in the services we offer that makes us the preferred service provider.

In 2016, to further serve the community with distinction in service Prompt Ambulance Service was formally separated from Prompt C.A.R.E. Learning Center, Inc. as a private-membership based ambulance service that offers emergency intervention to its members and the general public within its area of responsibility.

The private ambulance service provider desires to provide emergency response, transportation of patients who require emergent care and also routine ambulance transportation services throughout the area covered.

The service maintains emergency response units with certified personnel that render quality emergency medical care to patients that are consistent with good health and safety practices, the ambulance service is required to perform its services in accordance with the regulations adopted and promulgated by the service.

Prompt Ambulance has a professional avenue for providing continuing education for our staff and a steady supply of Certified EMS Providers with Prompt C.A.R.E. Learning Center, Inc. as our educational and training partner.

A Proud History of Prompt C.A.R.E. Learning Center, Inc. (our BEGINNING)

Prompt C.A.R.E. (Community Awareness in Responding to Emergency) Learning Center was established in 2006 as a training center for First Aid, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator that follows a U.S. standard of training from Emergency Care and Safety Institute (www.ecsinstitute.org) based in Massachusetts, USA. During the course of its training conducted in different schools and workplace, it saw the need for formal training in the Pre-hospital industry.

Prompt C.A.R.E. Learning Center was incorporated in 2007 and was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission and became Prompt C.A.R.E. Learning Center, Inc. it then shifted its tagline to Emergency Medical Services and Rescue Training Academy with the same motto: “To Educate People the Science to Save Lives...”

In 2009 it got approval from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) as the first EMS Training Academy in Central Luzon. Prompt C.A.R.E. Learning Center, Inc. as an educational institution is committed to deliver the best possible quality of training and employable skills to the community through the Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Services and Continuing Education Training Programs by providing updated guidelines on health education training and modern equipment use.

In our aim to achieve “Excellence in Training,” Prompt C.A.R.E. was accredited as the First EMS Assessment Center as well as having the First EMS Assessor in 2010.

Vision

It is our VISION to see a decrease in the needless loss of life due to illnesses, injuries or a lack of adequate out of hospital care for all Filipinos regardless of social or economic class.

Goal

As a SOCIAL ENTERPRISE, we care for our community and it is our greatest GOAL to see a system that brings the hospital to the patient, not a taxi that takes you to the hospital that may or may not get you there alive.
