About Us

Boglem Medlab Prime Clinic Inc. is an Organization that actively addresses the health needs the Community by forming self-health attentiveness, promoting wellness, preventing preventable illness through the provision of exceptional client service through quality diagnostics and compassionate care.

Boglem is formed to offer the highest quality clinical and medical diagnostics and health services in all sectors of our Community. It is duly registered under the City Government of Mabalacat and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Department of Health (DOH). In cooperation with the Philippine Government agencies, Boglem will undertake measures for the availability of its high-quality services to all sectors of the community. Boglem is located to provide the needs of its clients at 2nd Floor Clark Gateway Commercial Complex, Velasquez Avenue, Barangay San Francisco, Mabalacat City.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION (PEME)

Boglem provides accurate and affordable quality medical examination for the Company’s new hires. We ensure the HR Department that we will screen the candidates for hiring based on the Department of Health and Department of Labor and Employment Standards. We believe that PEME will ensure productivity especially when the employees are deployed for work.

ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION (APE)

Boglem assists in the Company’s requirement for Health and Sanitary Compliance. With this, we assist the Company fully for their Annual Medical examination. We provide on-site medical examination at the accessibility of the employees without compromising the production and work of the Company. Thus, they get a quality medical examination at their convenience.

CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS

Boglem is a clinic-based diagnostics laboratory where we ensure that every individual’s result is accurate. In case of immediate assistance, we provide referrals to tertiary healthcare delivery system. We ensure the quality of the results.

DOCTOR’S CLINIC

Boglem maintains daily medical and nursing services with licensed medical practitioners. Our doctors will be assessing patients and will require diagnostics test related to their medical condition. This is to provide the best medical care fit for the individual’s health.

CORPORATE CLINIC MANAGEMENT

Boglem also helps in the establishment and management of Company Clinics. We provide cost-effective options that will help the Organization. We have healthcare providers ready for deployment. We provide Medical Bulletins, Medical Records Management, AME assistance, Basic First Aid. We ensure the Company that all services are excellent and customer-oriented.

GLUTATHIONE INJECTION

We provide influenza vaccines, Hepa A and B vaccines, vaccines for cervical cancer, tetanus toxoid, anti-tetanus and anti-rabies vaccines for humans.

HEALTH LECTURES AND TEACHINGS

Boglem provides Health Seminars and Teachings for various Organizations. Although we have prepared wellness lessons, we will develop the module upon the request of the client. We will ensure that employees and clients have increased their awareness after each seminar.
