PURELAB DIAGNOSTIC AND X-RAY SERVICES is a single proprietorship established in October 2013 by a couple who are both Doctors of Medicine, Dr. Ryan D. Quiambao, a General, Cancer and Laparoscopic surgeon and Dr. Thea M. Quiambao, an Obstetrician-Gynecologist. It is located at the 2nd floor of Imerex Plaza Hotel in Miranda Street, Angeles City. The Laboratory is accredited by the Department of Health and other government agencies.
PURELAB provides wide range of diagnostic services like: Full laboratory services , X-ray and Medical examinations. There is also a clinic beside the laboratory that is handled by Dr. Ryan D. Quiambao and Dr. Thea M. Quiambao who are both engage in private practice in their field respectively.
The Laboratory is headed by Dr. Lara Mae Angeles, a noted Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist with our certified Medical Technologists, while the Radiology Division is handled by Dr. Salvador Ramirez, a certified Radiologist and Sonologist, and manned by our registered Radiologic Technician. The Diagnostic center is open from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday. It may also conduct IN OFFICE/IN-PLANT services with a mobile diagnostic facility.
